Fundraising events in Yorkshire
Jennyruth Workshops organise a variety of fundraising events in Yorkshire throughout the year and we would love to see you there. Our past events have been lots of fun and enjoyed by all. What's more, as we are not yet self supporting we still need to raise funds so we really appreciate you coming along. We are also very thankful for any prizes you can donate for our events. Thurs 5 July 2012 | 4th Jennyruth Golf Classic at the Ripon Golf Club Following on from our very successful Golf Classic format, the event in 2012 will again be a Stableford Competition for teams of four. Tee times will be from 10am to 3pm. There will be a two course rolling buffet (carvery and sweet) available all day, included in the entry fee. Refreshments will be available at the half way house. The Bar will be open all day with club facilities open to all guests.

Sun 16th September 2012 | Great North Run Following on from a very successful event with 20 runners in 2011, we are accepting applications for The Great North Run 2012!
| We have managed to secure a limited number of places for the run in 2012. If you would like to join our team and challenge yourself while raising much needed funds then why not download an application form, to appear on our website very shortly, or give us a ring on 01765 606620. If you can not run then support staff are always welcome. Just think on 16th September 2012, you too could line up with the sports best, and 50,000 other runners in what is the biggest half marathon in the world... Be inspired. |

Fundraising Team
We have now formed a small fundraising committee. We meet with monthly intervals. If there are other people who would like to join us we would be delighted to welcome you. Just telephone or email the workshops beforehand to let us know that you are coming. No qualifications needed but if you have some experience to share that would be great...we are all amateurs!

Twice a year Beth and Brenda are developing our popular quizzes which go to sale at various supermarkets. (see dates above) Our quizzes are good so don't miss out. You can also get one by sending £1 and a stamped addressed envelope. Details here

As we have to raise quite a lot every year in order to keep Jennyruth Workshops going we appreciate every donation. You can either send us a cheque, give us a donation in person or set up a monthly direct debit. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you have any questions on how to do that. We have a form for direct debit donations. We are very grateful for your support!
