How to order
To buy any of the products on our web site
- When you are on a product range page (e.g Toys & Games or Household Gifts) enter the number you require and select the 'Buy' beside the picture. This adds it to an order form.
- Return to the next product in which you are interested in and again, enter the number of items you require and select 'Buy'.
- When you have finished shopping, click on the 'My account' at the top of the page, which will allow you to view your order and then pay via a credit card or to send in a cheque.

Post & Packaging
For any orders over £50 delivery is absolutely FREE. For orders with a total value of up to £50 please add £3.95 towards packing and postage.
When we send items from our habitat range it actually costs more than £3.99. Depending on the size of the parcel it is £4.95, £8.95 or more. Unfortunately we are not able to insert the various p&p prices in this website. If you would like to help us with the additional p&p you could give us a donation by clicking here. Thank you very much!
Packing and postage is for UK only. Unfortunately we are not able to do overseas orders at present.
Delivery
Please allow us 28 days but if you can't, say so and we will do our best to deliver sooner.
Cancellations & Returns
You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please contact us via email us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however a brief explanation will help Jennyruth improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
Working on orders at Jennyruth
If you cancel you must return the goods in the same condition you received them and at your own expense. Please ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and we will charge you direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before you return them, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you fro the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed
General Product Information
The basic material used in all our wooden products is fine quality birch plywood, fine quality pine or selected hardwoods and we only use child safe toy paint on all our painted products. Dimensions given are approximate and for guidance only. If we do not do something as standard, we can probably do it to order. Please contact us if in doubt. Fabrics used in the manufacture of some items may vary from those in the pictured catalogue. The Jennyruth Workshops 'Garden Range' designs are based on advice from the British Trust for Conservation Volunteers.
